WCAworld & World Insurance unveils new service for its members and clients

WCAworld and World Insurance are pleased to announce our collaboration with Saint Clement Risk Management Ltd. (Saint Clement) to provide valuable logistics contract review services with advice and recommendations.

Our expanded service offering with the launch of our new partnership with Saint Clement provides an extra layer of contractual risk management and legal support services for claims and recovery solutions to benefit WCAworld members and World Insurance clients.

“We’ve had fantastic feedback from our members and partners, and I’m confident that Saint Clement will make a positive contribution by delivering added value to our members and a growth opportunity for the WCAworld and WIS network,” said David Yokeum, WCAworld Chairman.

Christian Bruze, CEO of Saint Clement, commented, “As a pre-approved partner, we are pleased to provide mutually supportive legal and contract advice to members and clients of WCAworld and the World Insurance community. Through our new service, we will provide a timely and detail-oriented review of policy contracts, a task often overlooked, to give peace of mind by minimizing exposure to losses.”

By enabling direct access to dedicated advisors at Saint Clement, their cost-effective risk, claims and recovery solutions for marine insurance and transportation complement our ForwarderProtect policy combining Errors & Omissions and Legal Liability insurance.

Greg Kritz, Executive Vice President of World Insurance Services, said, “Saint Clement can assist with marine insurance and logistics contract drafting and negotiation. Support can be provided upon request, and fees will be at discounted rates exclusively for WCAworld members and World Insurance clients. Thanks to our new partnership, we’re positioned to create value for our members and clients into the future.”
